Mr. Dickinson was a farmer in Goshen, Connecticut, and his account book records monetary transactions made by him as well as cash transactions received by him from other individuals. Alvin Dickinson was married to Sarah Dickinson, and the couple had two daughters and two sons. The item is housed in 3B Box 21.
