Ozias Seymour (1801-1896) was a son of Horatio Seymour, son of Maj. Moses Seymour. He writes to his grandparents with news of family and friends; they have been able to settle and Episcopal clergyman in Middlebury and obtained a suitable building for public worship; their society is increasing.
