Scope and Contents
Volume of printed checks from the Bridgeport Bank. The printed checks contain no personal or business name. The first five pages and last two pages of checks were cut out, the reaminder are intact. A few stubs contain notations, including some indicating checks written to Boardman. Three pages were inserted, including a note that Frederick Wolcott was owed $140 in store goods, a draft of a newspaper notice that the partnership between Daniel and Elijah Boardman was to be dissolved, and a check made out to Benoni S. Sanford for the dividend on Boardman's stock.
