Scope and Contents
Three letters, the first contains information from Lucy about friends and family. In the second letter, Lucy tells a story about how Edward Phelps gets stuck in a machine, the possibility of selling the sleigh, her health, and purchases. In the third letter, Lucy describes clothing and other purchases as well as information about the children’s schooling. There is also a letter attached from Winthrop E. about staying somewhere for the winter.
