4 letters, the first letter talks about Mary sending money with Mrs. Adams for Winthrop. The second letter informs Winthrop that Mary is sending him twenty dollars in order to help him due to her belief he is underpaid. In the third letter, Mary talks about the health of his family, her feelings on the President, and news of friends. In the fourth letter, she talks about the death of one of their friends, things Winthrop is doing to make money, and finding her long lost brother.
