Scope and Contents
2 records of Soldier’s money transfers, the first is for $18,392.15 and the second is for $22,059.65. Each of these records contains a breakdown of the money he is transferring for each soldier. There are also 10 receipts of money transfers, one is from the government acknowledging receipt of money sent to them that belonged to a fallen soldier. The others are from the Adams Express Company, acknowledging receiving money and where the final recipient is.
