One is an article from [i]The Evening Press[/i] describing the funeral of Captain E.R. Lee. The article describes Winthrop’s address as “patriotic.” The other article is a printed list of resolutions from the Hartford City Guard, saying that they will mourn Captain Lee, give their sympathies to his family, and take charge of his funeral.
