Scope and Contents
3 letters, in the first letter Henry talks about the purchases he made for Winthrop using the money that was sent by him and trying to find a book Winthrop requested. Henry also mentioned trying to get the family together and a surprise party he recently attended. In the second letter, Henry talks about running his business, news of Arthur Robinson, and gives his opinion on how the Civil War is going. In the third letter, Henry is asking Winthrop when Lucy will reach New York.
