Scope and Contents
Primarily due bills for goods at Boardman's store in New Milford. A note dated 7 Jan 1806 to Samuel Comstock states that Boardman is $34 short in a payment to Mr. Canfield Stone and asks Comstock to receive the note from Mr. Stone as payment of $34 of Stone's debt to Comstock. Boardman will pay the cash and interest to Comstock.
