Scope and Contents
Bills for Elijah Boardman for goods including textiles, hardware, livestock, paper, board and lodging, rum, etc. Goods purchased locally include cloth from the Wolcottville (now Torrington) mill partially owned by Frederick and Oliver Wolcott; paper from Bradley and Wadsworth of Litchfield; silver from Wilmot in New Haven; and plaster and salt from Beach and Peck in Bridgeport.
