Heman Dyer, Alvi Tabor Twing, and Henry C. Potter of the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church write from Bible House in New York requesting Cornelia E. Boardman assist financially in paying the debts of a deceased Bishop Randall so that his successor, Bishop Spaulding, will not be held responsible for them.
