Shelden Newton of Boardman, OH writes to Cornelia E. Boardman regarding the monetary value of her land in Boardman. He notes that it is “nearly all wild land.” He states that there is still several hundred dollars due to her father’s estate and that it is up to the executor to distribute. He also indicates that she will not have to pay taxes unless the “general government” taxes real estate.
