Lucretia writes to Dr. and Mrs. William Deming on 1883 Feb 19 letting them know she very much regrets that she must decline the invitation for this evening. Her infirmity of deafness is so great as to deprive her of all the enjoyment of the musicale. The decline was written on monogrammed stationary with an accompanying envelope.
