Letter from P.F. Livingston & Co. in New York to Elihu Harrison informing him that the copartnership under the firm of D.A. Cushman & Co. was dissolved. P. Francis Livingston and his brother William A. Livingston have formed a copartnership in the wholesale dry goods business. Their new stock consists of English, French & American dry goods and they solicit Harrison's business.
