Letter from Charles W. Kelsoe to Elihu Harrison is which he states that he is unable to pay his bill and that he owes other debts to men who would maltreat him. He prevails on Harrison's gentleman's and considerate character traits to defer the payment as he has only $21 to carry him into theinterior of Pennsylvania.
