George Guion's Supply Sergeant's Book (2017-33-0) Seargeant's Book from the Litchfield Light Horse, Battlefields giveaway book, News clipping about a fire in downtown, Litchfield. Correspondence, November 30th, July 1915, proposed to form a platoon of calvary in Litchfield to be known as the "Litchfield Light Horse", abd also a Gun Squad. The supply book contains three pages of names, from Bantam or Litchfield, occupation, date of birth, height and who to call in case of emergency, such as mother, father, wife, cousin or friend. Also one page for a "List of Arms and equipment of Litchfield Light Horse", 1917. One page for "List of Arms and equipment for "First Separate Platoon Cavalry, Commission, CT, State Guard, 1918. A book "Battle Fields Of Today" (revised 1918) is of War Regions of Europe. The newspaper clipping is of a fire in Litchfield, CT downtown when 2 stores were destroyed, Endicott Antique and Mason Gift Shop.
