Processing Information
The collection was housed in two folders. The materials now contained in Series I: Correspondence were on the right hand side of a folder labeled "House II." Those contained in Series II: Financial Papers were on the left hand side of the same folder. The correspondence from Stillman was most often together with the item to which he was responding and any received in reply. Those groupings remain intact. The correspondence is arranged alphabetically, as are the financial papers.
The documents pertaining to the memorial service were in a second folder labeled "Breuer Memorial" and now make up Series III: Breuer Memorial. The Breuer Memorial series, also arranged alphabetically, contains some correspondence as well as drafts of remarks.
