Biographical / Historical

Heman R. Osborn (1870-1911) lived in Litchfield, CT. In Osborn's 1911 probate file, there is a 1907 document ordering him to be taken to the Connecticut Hospital for the Insane. Included is a statement from Dr. Charles Warner that Osborn had suffered from epilespsy since age two and one half and that he was a threat to the safety of the rest of his family.

Lilliam E. Osborn (1883-1966) lived in Litchfield, CT.
