Biographical / Historical
Richard Thomas Finn (1911-1966) was the proprietor of the Lamp Lighter in New Preston section of Washington, CT. Born in Torrington, son of Edward and Marion Thomas Finn, he lived in Litchfield and Bantam most of his life, moving to Washington about 1964. He atttended school in Waterbury and New Haven. He married Virginia Dahlen Finn (1919-1983) and they a son, Peter Thomas Finn.
