Bills from Theodore F. Brett (& Co.) at 211 Pearl Street, New York City, to Elihu Harrison. The billheads from 1827 advertise that Brett sold "Matteawan, Glenham and other celebrated American goods, yarn, wick and batts" and in 1829: "American cotton and woollen goods, from celebrated factories, yarn, candlewick, and batting." On the 1832 bill the firm's name changed to Theo. F. Brett & Doremus.
