A collections of bills and receipts relating to Warren Washington Bissell. All the items are from the year 1904 and have been arranged, by company named, alphabetically. This is the first of three folders of papers from 1904, and contains documents from companies whose companies names fall between the letters A through H.

Seven documents pertaining to Captain William Bissell's involvement in the Civil War. Most of the documents are letters that were enclosed with excerpts of General Orders, but one document is a letter in which Bissell writers on behalf of a corporal for 10 days furlough.

A letter from the board of directors of the Utah-Bingham Mining Company. addressed to the stockholders of the company. The letter mainly announces the issue of a $ 100,000 worth of bonds by the stockholders, and the letter also contains a report from the engineer in the company.

The letter mentinos that Bissell does not appear to be interested in certain bonds that the company is selling, and mentions that there has been a drop in the price of shares, but the drop was not caused by "adverse conditions."
