A collections of bills and receipts relating to Warren Washington Bissell. All the items are from the year 1904 and have been arranged, by company named, alphabetically. This is the first of three folders of papers from 1904, and contains documents from companies whose companies names fall between the letters A through H.

Seven documents pertaining to Captain William Bissell's involvement in the Civil War. Most of the documents are letters that were enclosed with excerpts of General Orders, but one document is a letter in which Bissell writers on behalf of a corporal for 10 days furlough.
