The Eclipse-Argo Mining Company Papers is a collection of correspondence and papers which pertain to Warren Washington Bissell’s investment in the company. This is the first of three folders.

A small note from W.F. Quade asking for a signature as well as a check. There is also a handwritten message about a check being received.

A letter from H.G. Hoffman, secretary and treasurer of the Eclipse-Argo Mining Company. The letter promotes the company and advertises its stock.

Item 3
A letter from E.G. Hoffman, treasurer and secretary of Eclipse-Argo Mining Company, sent to Warren Washington Bissell. The letter pertains to a deal for Bissell to purchase stock in the company. From the letter, it appears that Bissell is unhappy with the present deal, but Hoffman is going to try to accommodate Bissell.
