The Eclipse-Argo Mining Company Papers is a collection of correspondence and papers which pertain to Warren Washington Bissell’s investment in the company. This is the second of three folders.

Item 1
A copy of a two page letter originally sent to the Board of Directors of the Eclipse-Argo Mining Company. The letter is from a committee in the company, and the mostly pertains to the committee advising the company to take our more loans. The letter also mentions difficulties with flooding which have had a damaging effect on the company.
