Folder 9
Capt. Beebe has a great prospect for being exchanged while other prisoners of his rank have been held longer; it is the opinion of the meeting that Capt. Beebe should endeavor to get Capt. Trowbridge released first, but if that is not possible, then Capt. Beebe should embrace the exchange. Signed by Selah Hart, chairman of the committee, at New Lots on Long Island.
