Two framed liquor licenses, 2013-104-0, one for James Campbell for the Union State Hotel from 1905-06; and another for Eugene L. Phelps, for the Phelp's Tavern in 1911-12. The licenses are for the same business, but under different names. The license for Campbell was in a fire and has burn damage, and is brittle and darkened. The United States Hotel, known earlier as Phelps Inn and after 1910 as Phelps Tavern.
