Three letters from Fanny Coit McLean (1852- ) sent from Jacksonville, Fla., to her mother Frances Olmsted Coit (1829-1909). Fanny Coit married Rev. Allan McLean (1837-1882) of the First Congregational Church of Litchfield in 1878. McLean's health was not good and he and Mrs. McLean went to Jacksonville in Feb., 1882, in hopes of a recovery.
