Biography
Mary Elizabeth (Dubois) Potter Gould was the daughter of Cornelius Dubois and Sarah Platt (Ogden) Dubois. Her brother Cornelius, Jr. attended the Litchfield Law School in 1830. She first married Francis Potter and then in 1833 she married Edward S. Gould. They had 2 children - Edward Sherman Gould (1837-1905) and Sarah (1834-1867).
