Scope and Contents
Carr and Hendee's $1,000 bond to Isaac, James, and Thomas Armstrong, the conditions of which are that Carr is not to molest either by suits at law or otherwise Isaac, James and Thomas for harboring or taking care of Carr's present wife Olive Armstrong Carr; Carr is not to make any claim from Olive or any other person any estate that she may acquire; Carr is to relinguish all claim to the company ans service Olive may provide; Carr is to provide support of their children; Carr is to refrain from any kind of abuse towards Olive; and other conditions.
