Scope and Contents
Pages 1-20 include an alphabetical listing of balances due on Boardmans books due 1 November 1813. The list includes Judson Canfield and Philo Ruggles. Once again Boardman includes a list of African Americans, this time filed under "N." Pages 21-29 include balances due on notes with notations on those "in the hands of" others for collection. Collectors include Philo Ruggles, Moses Seymour, Jr., Horatio Seymour and others. Pages 30-31 contain a list titled "List of Foreign Notes E. Boardman Property Int Lost to Nov 1 1813" and 31-32 contain a listing of notes taken since the balances of November 1 1813.
