Petition presented to the Connecticut General Assembly by James P. Woodruff on behalf of residents of Litchfield and Cornwall regarding the toll gate on the turnpike that was on part of a Litchfield town road, a burden to travelers on that public road, and was to be removed and moved one mile west in Milton, but had not been done.
