Sub-Series 3.1.1.1.
Scope and Contents
Letter written to Cornelia E. Boardman from New Milford in response to a leter from her regarding political divisions within the church. Gives details of difficulties in attracting a minister and notes that "the Rev. E. Huntington [Possibly Enoch Huntington, rector of St. John's Church] is at the bottom of all this and that all our difficulties may be traced to him." The author indicates that he does not wish this communication to be made public but that the time may come when things "may and will be brought home to the originators."
