Two letters, from Tapping Reeve to Maria Cushman and from Benjamin Tallmadge and his wife to Joshua Huntington. In the first letter, Reeve provides religious reflections; informs Maria of a religious awakening taking place in Southberry and Middlebury; and expresses his best wishes for her on her recent marriage to John Paine Cushman.
The letter from Benjamin and Maria Tallmadge expresses their condolences on the death of Joshua Huntington's daughter.
