Scope and Contents
Box 4 contains a Valentine’s Day Card Portfolio. This is a black portfolio with the Lilac Hedges crest in gold on top. The portfolio contains the cards that were part of a special Valentine’s Day Card release. An announcement of this collection can be found in the Miscellaneous box, Box7: Folder 2. The cards are not signed and the enclosures do not give an artist name. Some of the enclosures give information such as price and the origin of the poetry that is used in the card. The organizational numbers for the cards in the portfolio begin with “V.”
