Scope and Contents
Sample Album 2 is stored in box 5 of the Lilac Hedges collection. The album contains samples of cards. The outside is a black and white pattern with a Lilac Hedges crest on the front cover. The sample book is from 1965. The first few pages contain instructions on order cards which include illustrations by Hillary Knight. Artists whose artwork is signed that are in this sample book are: Phillipe Cloës, Jac Venza, Paul Wescott, Harry Dunn, Marylee Handville, Richard Barth, Jack Myer, Ford Ruthling, Marty Norman, Betty Murtugh, Guido Rosa, and Ralph P. Hinchman. The cards are holiday cards.
