Scope and Contents
Agreement between Ephraim H. Moss of Harwinton and Elihu Harrison of Litchfield for the erecting of a frame for a dwelling house on a lot deeded to Miranda Harrison by Chauncey Warner, Esq. on 11 Feb. 1829. Contains detailed specifications for the dimensions and materials to be used. For the raising, Harrison is to find "what spirits & cider may be wanting & also to get dinners for 12 men."
