Letter from Harvey Palmer in Torrington to Elihu Harrison in Northfield, with orders from Colonel Russell C. Abernethy for Harrison to appear at Litcheild 14 Sept. with his instrument for practice. In a postscript he requests that Harrison tell Mr. Asa Hopkins and Mr. Hopkins who carries the drum, to attend also.
