Letter from Harvey Palmer in Torrington to Elihu Harrison in Northfield requesting Harrison to attend a band meeting in Litchfield at Capt. John Phelps on 27 Dec to play at the Installation of Darius Chapter No. 16 and to give notice to all Band members in Northfield. He writes that the business is urgent and had written previously but writes again in case the first notice was lost.
