Scope and Contents
A promissory note from Oliver & Jonah Sanford to their brother Joseph to pay one third part when a tract of land is sold. Said lot is called the Waterbury River Lot #35. Witnessed by Rhoda Sanford and Elisabeth Lyon. The land was willed to their mother by their grandfather Clark.
