An undated letter from Oliver Rodgers. Only the second page of the letter remains, and the letter appears to pertain to the deal detailed in item one of this folder; Rodgers is advising that investments should be made into something of real value. In the earlier letter it is mentioned that stock in the Essex Consolidated Mines Company has no value, but stock in the Middle Yuba Exploration Company does have value.
