Scope and Contents
A letter from M.B. Dunbar addressed to Warren Washington Bissell. The letter was enclosed with a note for Bissell to sign for The Bill Nye Mining and Milling Company. Dunbar explains in the letter that the note is a loan to the mining and milling company and explains what the loan will be used for.
