Scope and Contents
A letter from the Utah-Bingham Mining Company to Warren Washington Bissell. The letter mentinos that Bissell does not appear to be interested in certain bonds that the company is selling, and mentions that there has been a drop in the price of shares, but the drop was not caused by "adverse conditions."
