Scope and Contents
A letter from W.L. Fagan, cashier of the American Real Estate Company, to a W.J. Bissell. The letter tells Bissell in order to record the assignment of a bond a short certificate from thep probate court is required to prove Bissell as "admininstrator; possibly, Warren Washington Bissell had died and W.J. Bissell is the executor of the will.
