Scope and Contents
A letter from the receivers of the American Real Estate Company to the bondholders in the company. The letter is in reference to the court cause in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York between Olin J. Stephens Inc. against the American Real Estate Company. This is the same letter as the letter dated April 24, 1921, item five in this folder, but this letter was sent three years later.
