The George W. Thompson Copy Book Collection (2011-82-0) contains two separate copy books. They both cover mathematical concepts. The first book covers concepts such as measurements, division, and simple addition. The second book appears to cover more complex mathematical concepts such as square and cube roots. The two books are housed under the same collection in Small Acquisitions, but they are in separate folders.

The George William Thomspon memorandum book (2011-86-0) was kept in 1868. "G.W. Thomspon Litchfield, Conn" is written on the front cover of the small leather bound notebook. The book contains various groupsings of words under the heading such as "Miscellaneous", "Jewelers Table", "Jaw Breakers", "Names of Trees", and "Vegetables".

Correspondence regarding Samuel Thompson's patent for compounding and mixing medicines for various ailments. Included is a letter from John Q. Adams, U.S. Secretary of State, certifying that it is a true copy of the patent. William Wirt, Attorney General, certifies that the patent was delivered to him on 28 Jan. 1823 and it conforms to the law.

Letter written by G. Thorburn to the Litchfield Manufacturing Company inquiring the need for a supply of shells coming from Mr. Cook. He also describes an Album cover order and bookcases to be sent to a Daguerreian furnishers in Albany.

Manuscript on topics related to the United States, attributed to Thomas Bangs Thorpe.

The Three Part Choir Book (2011-80-0) is a collection of hymns Znd songs for three parts; the parts are labeled for each song.

William Throop of Augusta in upper Canada appoints Grant Wickwire of Litchfield, Conn. as his lawful attorney with power to sell or convey by deed, a piece of land in Williamstown, Mass. and other duties. Witnessed by Isaac Knap and Lucy Throop on 13 Feb. 1802.
