Order to the Colony of Connecticut from the Constable of Kent asking to be paid for transporting vagrants from Kent to Litchfield and providing an accounting of expenses.

A half-page handwritten sheet concerning Curtis Orson, born 29 Nov 1806, of Alvin from Farmington; his marriage to Rachel Russell and the names of their 7 children born between 1825 and 1840.

A bill or school account submitted by Ethan Osborn and attested as accurate by Isaac Baldwin, justice of peace, Litchfield County on 8 June 1784. It appears to be a list of students with the number of days they attended school and the charge for their attendance. One bill for nine pounds is to be paid in cash or wheat, and the second bill for 9 pounds is to paid in "any sort of grain, wool, flax, or good merchantable white pine boards."

Journal written by 16-year-old Heman R. Osborn, possibly containing copies of school exercies. On a separate sheet is a poem, "Jack Frost," written by his sister, Lillian E. Osborn

Deeds for land in Massachusetts and Connecticut, primarily from Litchfield.

A handwritten quarter page starting with Lyscomb [Liscomb] Palmer and Charlotte Gatte's marriage on Nov. 1819 by Rev. Isaac Jones, and a record of the birth of 2 children, Walter born Aug. 27,1820 and Charles born Aug. 16,1823.

This Writ (CA1890-68-0), dated May 8, 1765, between Rev. Solomon Palmer and Ethan Allen regarding a debt that Allen owed Palmer.  The writ, written by clerk Isaac Baldwin, orders the Sheriff to go to Allen's Salisbury, Connecticut residence and seize money and property for the sum owed to Palmer or arrest Allen and bring him to the Litchfield Gaol.  A note on the back indicates that the Sheriff was unable to find Allen.

Dr. Joseph Parker's account for visits, advice, and treatment of Samuel Barnard and family. Dr. Barnard and the Barnards lived in the South Farms section of Litchfield.
