The Coley-Tice Family Papers, 2013-71-0, include a photograph of Elbert C. Coley, who's father died in the Civil War; a photograph of Warren Tice, the donor; an admission ticket to a testimonial dinner honoring Harold Coley on June 26, 1958 in Plymouth, CT; and four letters from Helen and John Guthrie in Sterling, Illinois to Hiram Hotchkiss of Litchfield, 1856-1858.

Related artifacts given at the same time include a chair and table used by the Coley family in the Fluteville section of Litchfield and a portrait of Hiram Turner Coley by artist/ collector Don Troiani, accession numbers 2013-71-1 through 3. Books given with this donation are cataloged in Bibliomation and include "A New System of Geograph, Ancient and Modern . . ." by Jedidiah Morse and Sidney Edwards Morse (1826) which belonged to Henry Coley; and "Leaflets of Memory" (1849) which was given to Ellen Jane Coley by her uncle Henry D. Turner. Warren Tice papers were also given to the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, Connecticut at the same time.
