Requests Tracy convey papers to Law as early as is convenient.  Requests that Tracy inform Law that his land is not, in his opinion, in danger of state taxation and that he will attempt to secure it from the U.S. tax by submitting it for assessment.  Provides instruction for payment of his expenses.
