Scope and Contents A record book with multiple entries. The first pages are minutes of meetings recorded by William H. Barns. The meetings were held in Woodbury and Middlebury and concern building a parsonage for the Society [possibly Baptist]. other officers were Salmon Bell, moderator; and Lemuel Phelps, treasurer.
