Published by Harold L. Colvocoresses in November 1999, his cover note indicates that it was probably typed by Katrine Colvocoresses Laban. Includes some handwritten notes by John Denison Champlin. The title page states that it was by George Partridge Colvocoresses, written on board the U.S.." Lancaster" at Port Royal, South Carolina, A.D. 1902.

Colvocoresses after the death of Eva Colvocoresses Jones in which he enclosed a note dated Oct. 6, 1875 written by Eva concerning the disposition of her possessions in the case of her death. A note is written gy G.P. Colvocoresses that her bequest was never carried out.
