1 notification, it is from the National Lincoln Monument Association. In the notification the society tells how it was formed and includes its founding resolution of promoting the creation of a Lincoln monument. Along with this it includes who are the officers and when they got their positions. Also it notifies the reader of newer resolutions describing who the group believes should give money for the monument.
